Service Scope
Project scope is defined in writing before work begins. Any requested additions or changes may require updated pricing, timeline adjustments, or both.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on available site information and expected conditions at the time of quoting. Unforeseen site conditions, permit requirements, material availability, or requested scope changes may affect final pricing.
Scheduling and Access
Project start dates are scheduled according to crew availability, weather, material logistics, and permitting timelines. Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area.
Payments
Payment terms are provided in each written estimate or agreement. Deposits, progress payments, and final balances are due according to the agreed schedule.
Warranties and Limitations
Warranty details, if applicable, are provided in writing. Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by third-party work, severe weather events, improper use, or lack of required maintenance.
