Project dates depend on crew availability, weather, property conditions, material delivery, permitting, and other factors. Weather or unsafe working conditions may require us to postpone or reschedule work.
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and informing us of known hazards, underground systems, private utilities, irrigation components, property restrictions, and relevant site conditions.
Payments
Payment requirements are stated in the applicable written estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Deposits, progress payments, and final balances are due according to the agreed schedule.
Customer Communications
When you provide your contact information, we may contact you by telephone or email to respond to your request, provide an estimate, schedule a visit, or discuss a current project.
Providing a phone number does not automatically enroll you in our SMS messaging program. SMS enrollment requires separate, voluntary consent through an optional, unchecked consent box or another documented opt-in method.
